RYTZO Company is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative with fluency in Arabic. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience. This is an in-person role based in Deira, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support:

• Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers promptly and professionally.
• Address customer inquiries, provide information about products/services, and resolve complaints effectively.

Problem Solving:

• Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, escalating complex problems to relevant departments when necessary.
• Provide follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Data Management:

• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain records in the system.
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Provide feedback to improve products, services, and processes.

Performance Goals:

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for customer satisfaction, call handling time, and issue resolution.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Good command of English is preferred.

Educational Background:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and inquiries is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
