RYTZO Company is looking for an experienced IT & Security Specialist to ensure the security, integrity, and optimal performance of our IT infrastructure. This position is based in Deira, UAE and requires a hands-on approach to managing and securing IT systems, networks, and data. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in IT systems, network security, and a proactive attitude towards maintaining a secure digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company IT systems and networks.
• Manage internal servers, workstations, and network devices.

Network Security:

• Monitor and safeguard the company’s networks against cyber threats.
• Implement security protocols and tools (firewalls, anti-virus, encryption) to prevent unauthorized access and attacks.

Data Security:

• Ensure proper backup, disaster recovery, and data protection strategies are in place.
• Perform routine audits and vulnerability assessments to detect and address potential security risks.

Troubleshooting & Support:

• Provide IT support to staff and troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Resolve security incidents, including data breaches or network attacks, promptly and effectively.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of IT systems, security protocols, and incidents.
• Provide regular reports to management on security risks, system performance, and IT support issues.

Collaboration & Training:

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
• Train employees on best practices for IT security and safe use of systems.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support and network security.
• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and implementing security protocols.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in network management tools, security software, and systems administration.
• Strong knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and VPNs.
• Experience with cloud security solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and server environments.

Certifications:

• IT security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex IT and security issues.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
