Eligibilities

Requirements

1. Eligibility
  - Open to non-EU international students.  
  - Applicants must not hold Romanian citizenship.  

2. Academic Qualifications:  
  - For Bachelor’s: High school diploma or equivalent.  
  - For Master’s: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.  
  - For PhD: Master’s degree or equivalent.  

3. Language Proficiency:  
  - Proficiency in the language of instruction (Romanian, English, French, or German).  
  - If the program is in Romanian, a **Romanian language preparatory year** may be required (covered by the scholarship).  

4. Age Limit:  
  - No strict age limit, but applicants must meet the program-specific criteria.  

5. Application Documents:  
  - Completed application form.  
  - Academic transcripts and diplomas (translated into English, French, or Romanian if necessary).  
  - CV or resume.  
  - Letter of intent or motivation letter.  
  - Two letters of recommendation (academic or professional).  
  - Copy of passport or national ID.  
  - Medical certificate proving the applicant is in good health.  

6. Additional Requirements:  
  - Some programs may require specific entrance exams or interviews.  
  - Applicants must not have previously benefited from a Romanian government scholarship.
